Salmon Patties


From Mom

1 can Salmon, or tuna
1 egg, I sometimes use two eggs depending on how dry it is.
1/2 C. bread crumbs
1 tsp. powdered onion (or desired fresh)
Worcestershire sauce, to taste

Mix ingredients together. Form into patties and dip in more bread crumbs. Fry in a little oil in a skillet.
